Rich Cameron is a photographic artist recently moved to Thanet and currently based in Rome and Ramsgate. Rich Cameron’s photographic work is highly personal and emotive and even when the subject is natural details or man made this facet is never far away. The photographs are minimally adjusted, if at all, although he enjoys giving fresh angles, obscure subjects or close ups which can confuse and provoke thought. His work is project based and he is currently exploring issues afffecting society at large using the photographic medium and text. Rich Cameron has held a number of exhibitions in Athens, the Greek Islands and Rome and this is his first exhibition in Thanet. His work is held in private collections worldwide.
