We are a Kent based collective of four photographers united by a shared passion for creating poetic, cinematic and thought provoking imagery. Through diverse backgrounds and practices we develop narratives that challenge photographic boundaries.

Imogen Tinkler explores the quiet narratives woven through daily life, drawing inspiration from fleeting moments and natural forms. Using both colour and black and white, she plays with contrasts and subtleties, inviting viewers to pause and find wonder in overlooked details. Imogen’s creative process centres on observation, memory and materiality, resulting in work that grounds and uplifts, offering a fresh perspective on the familiar.

Tim Hull is a contemporary artist whose practice explores the intersections of consumer culture, waste and impermanence. Working primarily with photography, he transforms the everyday discarded objects into still life that resonate with beauty and abjection. Drawing on art historical references of Vanitas, Arte Povera and Pop Art, Tim repositions consumer detritus and questions our impact and attitudes to consumerism and it’s increasing effects in the world.

Nicola Agnew is a conceptual photographer who is interested in presenting reality as unreality. Everyday scenes are turned into cinematic and evocative images. Nicola uses bold colour, light and shadow and reflection to pull you into an imaginary world.

Lily Heywood is a conceptual artist whose practice investigates the fluid relationship between time, memory and personal histories. Her work seeks to unravel the delicate balance that intertwines the past with the present, exploring how images can serve as vessels of narrative – archiving moments and pausing the passage of time. She explores the human condition and the complex dialogue between place and self, offering a poetic meditation on how memory shapes identity and our relationship with time.

As a collective we are committed to supporting each other while making interesting and challenging work that pushes the boundaries of our individual practices.
