RE-thought is a group show by members and friends of RESORT Studio. This year’s theme and title is inspired by reusing. Inspiring minds to reuse, recycle and repurpose objects, things, thoughts and ideas.
Taking part in this year’s exhibition are RESORT members Charlotte Savage, Crackden&Wonkypot ceramics, Nat Maks marbled wallpaper, Iain Purves, Jenny Duff, Fiona Stewart, Hannah Bryan, KimConway, Shaun PRICKIMAGE, Nick Morley, Teresa Limbrick and Melanie King. Also exhibiting alongside the members will be RESORT ‘friends’ Matt Odell, Eleanor Marriott and Ratiff Landells.
RESORT is a bold, innovative and sustainable hub for cultural production. Based in Cliftonville, Margate, the studios are home to over 40 locally-based artists, makers, designers, printmakers, photographers, jewellers, architects, sculptors, writers, performers and activists.
RESORT offers OWN ART, an initiative supported by Arts Council England which gives you the opportunity to purchase original artworks and spread the cost over 10 months interest free. Representative 0% APR.
