Meet the Artists: Saturday 9 December 10am to 5pm
For the second time, award winning artists Anthony Giles and Paul Gadenne are joining forces for two weeks this December to bring you the best of their recent work. Most of the paintings are new to the public and have been chosen just for this exhibition.
Both artists are local to the area and mainly paint contemporary landscapes and seascapes. However while Paul leans towards the urban and the built environment, Anthony prefers the powerful natural elements of the sea and sky painted in a style that Turner would enjoy.
The artists have exhibited at numerous prestigious exhibitions both here and abroad from the Corinari Gallery in Rome, to the Royal Academy in London and everywhere in between. Anthony and Paul teach art locally and both have appeared on Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year.
