Facilities

The Pie Factory provides you with more than just a space.  We aim to support your business or organisation by providing:

• Track lighting that can be configured by you
• Environmentally friendly heat pumps to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer
• Wi-Fi access to keep you connected to the internet
• Put your banner on our building using the fixings we provide
• Your own code for our security alarm
• A welcome to everybody with full accessibility to those with limited mobility including WC facilities and a changing station for babies
• A counter so you know how many visitors you have had
• A simple agreement with only a booking fee to pay – everything else is included

Deposit policy

A £100 deposit is payable one week before occupation. This will be returned to you when you leave, however any breakages or damages to the building will be deducted from this. Loss of the key and alarm fob will be recharged at cost currently around £50.  We provide a comprehensive hanging system – please use it as we will have to charge you for holes made in our walls as well as misuse of hanging wires and hooks which will be charged at £10 each.
